Sales Tax
New York State residents must apply 8.75% sales tax.
Shipping
We use Real Time shipping rates with UPS and USPS Priority Mail.
USPS Priority Mail takes approximately 1-3 days. (Recommended)
UPS Ground takes approximately 2-10 days.
All estimated arrivals are from the date shipped.
Returns
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of the
shipped date.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Whoopzip will not accept returns for products purchased
from a Whoopzip authorized dealer.
Products purchased from a Whoopzip authorized dealer should
be returned to the original store location.
Return to Whoopzip, with freight prepaid.
Shipping charges may be refunded only in the event of a manufacturing defect or if we make a mistake in the processing of your order.
